In the first instance ask your installer to call back and explain why you're not happy. It's in the installer's interests to have a happy customer. However, if you still cannot get a resolution then please contact us directly and we will seek to mediate. Your final course of action if you are still unhappy is to contact the AGDS (Association of Garage Door Specialists) via the DHF (Door and Hardware Federation) who will help resolve your door issues.
